Business Need	Farmore was running their entire operation on an off-the-shelf database application built with FoxPro.  As their company grew, then ran into scalability problems with the FoxPro engine having difficulty accomodating the heavy load of additional users.  They also found it challenging to get the manufacturer to make timely customizations they requested.  This led to difficulties with organization as related data had to be stored elsewhere in network folders or physical cabinets.  Retieving a customer quote would entail thumbing through a file cabinet on the other side of the office and take several minutes to find assuming it was even saved.
Solution	Because a system like this would be so closely tied to Farmore's proprietary business rules, Hall Data Solutions built the entire application onsite at Farmore's office.  This allowed extremely efficient communication between us and our primary point of contact.  Issues could be resolved very quickly without having to try and describe something in an email or even over the phone. Farmore generates hundreds of customer invoices and vendor bills every day, and the system successfully integrated with their Quickbooks data eliminating any duplicate data entry.  Now customer quotes can be retrieved in seconds, while the customer is on the phone. A partner in the company stated that the system alone has saved them 2 full-time employees.
