Business Need	In the highly competitive office supply business, United Supply Solutions needed a way to compete with highly visible retail stores like Staples and low-cost online storefronts.  They wanted a website that complemented the face-to-face nature of their business model while providing the same convenience their customers had come to expect.  At the time, their existing website was little more than a single page with a logo and contact information.
Solution	Besides a new website, Hall Data Solutions worked with United Supply to create an ordering process customized to precisely how they wanted it to work from account creation, to submission of supply orders.  Their entire catalog was converted into an online database and made searchable to site visitors.  Users with an account may also log-in to the site and view their order history or place a new order for supplies.
